Any advice on the fairness of this offer? I was already told once on the old thread that it was unfair to me; just wanted a second opinion!

Looks close to fair, since the dragon cat is worth a mid '10 rare and their side is worth a late '10 rare at least with the '11 rare, '11 uncommons and '10 commons. The other pets should make up the date gap, so it looks about fair to me if not a bit unfair to you
