It's not even that I like the pet most of the time, I'm just always worried about people hoarding them to make the rest of us pay so much. I only ever want one for my collection cause I'm a completionist then I'm good to go. All this pet inflation stuff scares me and gives me so much anxiety man

Ugh, I know. I missed it. Once I saw it was a lion cub and rainbow, I was in sad town. T_T

Same thing ! Honestly, seeing how hard it still is to trade for the valentine's lion, I'll just give up and wait a few months for things to calm down before trying to get this rainbow cutie >_<.

On one side you have sellers asking for mind blowing prices since it's a sought after pet, on the other you have people overpaying way too much for a 2023 lion that will be rare at most (and I did the same crap for a few pets before, it's absolutely not worth it) thus driving the value up.(Bonus point for hoarders)

If we ever get GUPPS from this litter, I honestly hope the greyscale cub is on the male lineart and the rainbow cub is on the female lineart with custom mane/hair (as there are multiple differences between the two other than mane and no mane)

Two PPS lions this month! We’re getting spoiled. And apparently I have bad luck cause I managed to miss both of them in my monthly adopts. The first PPS was hard to trade for.. this one’s gonna be fun

Keep trying! There are people willing to trade fairly for them they’re just sometimes hard to find. I finally found someone willing to trade fair.

whoa i managed to have two of the rainbow pps in my initial litter with no trading!! i dont even have the intention of hoarding it! the lions are cute but just not my fav lineart on the site so ive never understood the hype for em. this one is pretty tho!!

Keep trying! There are people willing to trade fairly for them they’re just sometimes hard to find. I finally found someone willing to trade fair.

I offered to overpay within reason on the swaps thread and I found someone offering one for trade. I offered on it, fingers crossed they accept but if not it’s not the end of the world, I will keep trying.

So my lion hadn't grown yet and I just traded one away in a bulk trade to get one of my dreamies </3 Hopefully I'll be able to find a new one soon!
