No, I don't think so. It looks more like a black sesame plant.

Found the word "Blackberry" in Desmond's signature. A clue? Their pup's favorite food? The color of the dog? A name? Maybe the pup like older phones?

it's sesame. what it means, i have no idea. the dress-up seemed to have brushes and wood products in it, maybe it does reference a farmer? in which case i would guess the plaid pup, but idk.

blackberry, huh? i will have to look into that, i feel like i'm on the edge of a breakthrough with des. just gotta put the clues together...

I think maybe meveh may be talking about a Shiba dog. Shiba means “brushwood” in Japanese, a name given to this breed for possibly 2 reasons - it is known for its hunting prowess in these brushwood bushes, and also, as the brushwood turns a lover red in the fall, the breed’s accepted colors are red and red sesame, the dog could have been named for the shrub’s color. Shiba ties into the dressup - brushwood - as well as the photo of a sesame plant.

I just love the conga line too much to get rid of it so it’s staying for now

Great, now I'm hungry.

But please don't eat the pupper! D:

The crab pup already has a tummyache, lets not cause this lil guy trouble. (LOL)

Took a new direction from this hint -- East - East - Northwest - Northeast -Straight on ? - East - Southeast
wondering if it was the little maze pup (shift the block puzzle?) - (why is there a tiny smudge on this pup... is something hiding there)

Went off on a little tangent,

First star from the east and straight on till morning
East by Northwest - Untold Brewing; North By Northwest Zombie Dragon (beer)
The East Northeast International Film Festival (ENE)
East by Northeast (ballet performance)
and a 1959 film North by Northwest

That was an interesting jaunt but somehow I'm not sure it relates

tarkeli wrote:Ahi Tipua is my pupper's name but despite the name, his design concept didn't really have a whole lot to do with a volcano itself. Those hints were to help you get to the name. But, as he is from an island country, he loves the sea/nature, and islands are generally born from volcanic activity (or, earthquakes/geological things). The markings though, you're a bit off on. Guess you're going to have to wait and see what happens when he grows up. ;)

(I think some of my idea was mentioned before, but with a different translation?)

I just wanted to add that I live in New Zealand, an island country that not only sits on a tectonic plate (which means we get a lot of earthquakes) but also sits on the Ring of Fire (a ring of volcanoes in the Pacific), and as soon as I read "ahi tipua" I thought it sounded like a Maori phrase (Maori is one of our national languages).

An exerpt from a book called Maori Religion and Mythology Part 2 states that "... Lightning is alluded to as a form of fire and is called ahi tipua..." implying that it may not reference "demon fire" but that we might instead get to see some cool lightning designs from tarkeli's pup! I'm excited to see the outcome regardless~
I'm looking for the Donner Dog from the Christmas 2010 Sleigh litter,
the Grey Husky from the Christmas 2015 Husky litter, and the
Green Field Moon 2nd Gen from the April 2011 Field Moon 2nd Gen litter!

I'm collecting the 2020 Easter bunnies designed by Anouki. They're based on a
Japanese pottery technique where items are repaired by glueing the pieces back
together with a (typically) gold lacquer. It's called "kintsugi" and the idea behind
this is that broken things can still be beautiful, a mantra that has helped me cope
with the latest years of my depression. I've been saving up for a tattoo, to be my
first one, which will also be fashioned after kintsugi. That's why this design holds
a lot of sentimental value for me and, consequently, why I'm setting up a hoard
for them: to remind myself that even though I'm still struggling now, I will get
better. Please help me with this hoard. Thanks for reading. ~Love from Moony
