I think it might be the ALT+ whatever letter or number thing.
If it's not I don't know then.

You are on something of the right track, but none of your letters are right. It has nothing to do with the alt key and there should be no numbers in there.

i think the periods (.) are stand ins for a space
if spaces are periods then the second and fourth words are exactly the same (ʃð¿) so it would be a common word (probably a conjunction?)
