Well, after zooming in I'm pretty sure it's one of these two kitties-
- When zoomed in, the shadow looks kinda pixely. Hmm.
or
- All the little dots and specks also look like little pixels when zoomed in...

Everything is pixels if you zoom in far enough but I like the theory

My cat should be getting pretty easy to guess now! Tell you what, if you all can figure out what I'm referring to in this hint, I'll confirm which kitten is mine.

Similar to last year, the theme of my cat is not yet obvious, but it does already have a distinct difference, maybe it can be spotted?

And to help out, I'll give a hint on figuring this out. What I'm referring to I am doing so in terms of pixel art. The teen might not be pixel, but the adult is, and what I'm referring to passes over to the adult.

I'm gonna just... leave my guess here...

-assuming "spotted" is a keyword, this cat has many spots. or, if the difference is referring to being different from last year's cat, well, last year's kitten is not spotted
-the shade kitty has lineart edits. the shadow is not on the normal lineart
-"distinct difference" literally every other kitty so far has a yellow nose, except for this one
-another difference, none of the other kitties have green eyes, while this one does. and if its related to last year's at all

then their teen-stage kitty this year might have green eyes too, and there is only 1 kitty who does.
- with this kitty, i don't see many distinct differences. same yellow nose, i'm sure there are other similarities i haven't spotted
-also, i just don't see the other remaining kitty as being pixel when it ages. i just can't imagine it being pixel, but i can clearly see the galaxy kitty as being pixel. this is just me, though

Of course I don't know all of your outcomes, but I'm literally biting my tongue because of one detail that everybody has missed so far. I don't know if my guess is right, but all I did was compare last years 2nd stages to this years. Hmmm. Kinda don't want to say it either, since all the guessing is funny, too 8D
