Maybe this one will be sapphire?

My first thought was labradorite.

possibly!! I think labradorite has bit more of a rainbow look to it, though I could be totally wrong. (I am not a gemologist, I just like jewelry, and rocks, alot!!) I was thinking star sapphire because of the dark lines up against the lighter blue. But labradorite would be awesome!! Can't wait to find out!!!

Laboradorite is more black-grey with pretty blue flashes. I think it probably is some type of sapphire <3

Can I just say that its awesome you are paying attention to us? So, thank you Saikiyo! Youve been a very fun and playful spirit in this "guessing game"... I cant imagine how many times Ive laughed by watching the posts!:)

It's the least I can do for all you guys and gals (and others) have done for me ^^ You encourage me and it causes me to improve, so I couldn't have done this with out you ^^ (I also like interacting with you, you're all so creative, I keep thinking 'dang, that's a really good idea...' with all your guesses XD.)


Also, as a chick, this one will be hard to guess (much easier as an adult) I was fighting to the death with the chick. But here's a small hint, it's a common stone in an uncommon color. (when my grandpa gave us his rock tumbling kit there was a big slab of it, and I found it so pretty, I want to get more of it cause I'm sad we sold it...)



Also, I mentioned that the litter was inspired off something I really liked...Crystal gems (without using any already existing ones)

Is it turquoise? I know there's quite a few variations of that specific stone.

Then again I'm only familiar with Laboradorite and Rainbow Moonstone so..

It doesn't happen to be blue Tiger's Eye does it? Also known as Hawk's Eye. That's just the first thing I thought of with your clue and the way the chick looks. I don't know if I'd really consider it a crystal/gem but that's just the first thought I had. xD
