Taking demand into account I wouldn't take it, the UR bw has bad demand making it really hard to find very fair trades now the most of seen it get (which this is what it typically gets, it's what I got for mine) 1 non, so it would be a fair swap for the Red Cerberus if you value that at 1 non, the extra add on's don't do much to the trade.

1. You're overpaying in terms of rarity - demand is a little tough to say. I don't think there's anything glaringly unfair about it though - it seems like reasonable overpay for a full set of the cats and there's no clearly huge advantage to either side - I'd say if anything maybe you're paying a bit much but it really does depend on how you value things. :) Demand is so personal it's hard to say 100%.
2. Items are tough but I think that the only things you aren't really covering on their side are the lace gloves and collar. Those were from 2012 if memory serves and are reasonably popular - I think you'd have to add a couple of older pets to account for those. :)
3. I'm not one to put a ton of stock into the warrior demand thing so I might not put them quite as high as some others might - but I would say you're overpaying a bit more than I would lol. But your call again as far as demand - it's what you're comfortable doing in the end more than anything else. You're overpaying by about 6-7 09 rares rarity wise. I wouldn't do that much in my book but yeah. :)
