I'm not sure I understand how this is a PPS. Kinda confused.

LOL ok, you guys caught me. The owl is mine, and was inspired by an owl that a raptor center lost because of vandalism (and its name escapes me right now)

I'm not sure I understand how this is a PPS. Kinda confused.

It's a second-stage PPS dog without front legs. Also one of the back legs is shifted forward.
