That's not a Nick horse. They were drawn by equimagine. I've owned some of those set before, and they were really easy to trade away as some people want a complete collection of them.

I'd personally take it. It's from May 2009 while your store pet is worth an early 2010 rare. So they're paying roughly 4 times the value of your side. I've personally never had issues with trading away Nick horses for their full value.
