Yay octo squids!

Alright, all the octos are in the archive now so I’m going to give my best guesses (with some friendly help from Google) on what species they all are!

Southern blue-ringed octopus

Giant Pacific octopus

Mimic octopus

Dumbo octopus

Night octopus

Glass octopus

I am confused on this; my best guess is a harlequin octopus

Am I the only one having trouble getting that rainbow 2nd gen? It never takes me this long to get a pet via the swap thread x.X
Granted, I haven't actively looked for it other than on the swap thread but I never hunt down missing pets before they're in the archive.

But anyway, loving the new octopus squids :D
Missed two but they were no trouble swapping for.

As I was talking with some friends about the ponies from this month, we reached the conclusion that they might be inspired by a variety of fruits from the Gourd family (Cucurbitaceae), which would be a great fit for Halloween month!
I went looking up potential matches, and I got ideas for 4 of the ponies so far:

Jeez, the blue-ringed octopus has high demand! I got traded 10 c$ for one and a 2012 rare for another! Im really surprised considering I've seen it pretty often in other user's inventorys.

i think it might be because it's a pretty well-liked real life animal in some spaces! some people absolutely adore pretty and extremely poisonous animals.

Here’s mine! I think it might be slightly less common, I only got one so I didn’t have any to trade.


I’m having so much trouble with the black puppies, I forgot to label them the first day so there’s like 3 I don’t know if they are day 3 or 4! And then I ran out super quickly of the newborns but I think I’m only missing one day now!

Yeah blue ringed def has demand. I explicitly said doubles only looking to swap for the one squid I missed and two people tried to swap for my ONE blue ringed lol
