I personally think their side is overpay.
A item is usually worth an uncommon in the same year(in my opinion), the candy event items are from 2015 and the cat plushies are also 2015 items. Using the 2:1 rule if just offer these items are still overpay.
But better got a second opinion! Maybe you don't value items that much and maybe I go wrong in some extent.
