very unfair.
(Easter Eggs/Easter Items) some come from 2009 - 2010 and 2011
(pot of gold comes from st. patricks day 2011)
the pumpkin is from 2010 Halloween and the rest of the halloween items are from 2011.
(the Egyptian Wings are from the 2014 Egypt Event)

Even with the C$, personally, I'd decline. (but it's up to you whether you favour pets / c$ over items.)
(( to make it fair, you would have to add a pet from the year the item comes(with normal items.) from or just double the pet,
aka, 2011 item = 2011 pet, or 2011 item = 2-4 2012 pets(that's the formula I usually go by.) ))

EDIT; apparently, your the green egg & brown egg(scroll down) is worth a "Late 09 Rare / Very Rare"...so they would have to add a two late 09 rares / very rares (or a two 2015 storepets, which is worth a late 09 rare.) for your eggs.

but out of the two trades, the pink tess horse (:

I'm pretty sure this is fair, but just double-checking!! The cat is from 2009. - And because it's not a warrior, it doesn't have special demand / demand from me either.

also, is there any chance I can swap out the 2009 rare(either one) with something else? I don't mind slightly overpaying,

Your late '09 rare dog would be fair on it's own. These sitting cats usually go for fair trades, sometimes slight overpay.
So in my opinion you can take one of the '09 dogs out completely (:
