It's fair. A "16 store pet is worth 25-30C$. I personally would accept but some people don't like C$. In the end, it's your chose to accept or not.

You'd have to add the whole value of their pets. The age gap is too big here for it to be even close to fair. Whether you keep the pets currently on your side or not makes no difference, because their values are simply too tiny to really affect this trade ^^
