It's got good demand, not great c: at most, the overpay it only sometimes gets is a blue balloon. They are still going for fair prices and are certainly not worth this much. I've seen this combination being offered around quite some and it seems to me like the person offering is just trying to get the most out of their BMD, while asking for way too much. They are asking for almost 4 times the highest overpay their pet fetches and that's a little overkill.

TBH, in my opinion it's not worth your time c:
