Now since they were/are available all the time and everybody could/can adopt them whenever they want(ed), make them some of CS's most common pets. They are good hoard material, but nobody want to trade older pets to get them.

Ahh, that's outdated XD They used to be available all the time. Nobody wanted them, they where dirt common and the pound where flooded with them! I even managed to get a hoard with over 1000 Tess cats EASILY X3
But they are now quite valuable trade fodder^^
