Personally would never trade that exact pet for a rat, rare or not. :3

Get another opinion, but I'd say either about fair because of the demand for the wolf, to either a bit unfair to the rat. ene

It has admittedly been far too many years for me to remember precisely what all may have been left unsettled.

I'd say it's about fair. You might just want to add another '09 rare for good measure though.
