Banner pups will be more likely to go, seeing as you had to find them through pure luck and not just trading in candy. :3

All October and Halloween pets just got their rarity tags. Halloween bats, war/famine/etc horses, rats, one of the dragon dogs and the banner pups are rare c:

Banner pups will be more likely to go, seeing as you had to find them through pure luck and not just trading in candy. :3
