The UR Pastel is trading at 2.5-3 non so they'll need to add 0.15-0.65 non (1.5-6.5 MA)

Their side adds to 11 2009 rares/old rares and 1MA is 10 09/old rares so yes this would be fair, if not slightly over on their side

Flamingo seems to get 2-2.5n and 4k C$ is 2n so their offer is 4-4.5n and UR lion is currently 3.5-4.5 so that's fair offer. 7k C$ would be 3.5n so it's worse.

Hi! Feel free to get a second opinion, but eyeballing the bulk of pets, it looks like around 50-55 "old rares" value, which would be 5 MA, plus 1 MA for the bun, so 0.6 Non (6MA)

The C$ adds to just under 0.5 non

I would say total is around 1.1 non, maybe slightly more but the orange tree is valued at 1.5 non so it would be unfair to you by 4MA

this only applies to 2010 and 2011 rares... when you count with 09 rares/vr's it's 6, max 7 so this trade is well over...

2022 store pets are 0.1 MA each, so 0.5 MA total there, and 'old' VRs are 0.2 MA, so 0.6 Ma there, giving a total of 1.1 MA their side
The store elemental deer are worth 1 MA each so I'd agree that this is fair, a little over by 0.1 MA

Old rares are only years 2010 and 2011 (these pets are 09 so you need to double the value, the VR pets alone are 1.2 MA) ^^ This rule is mentioned several times on Horror's list if you go by those values.
