Pink patchy september is 2 tiers above the target dog so they would be overpaying. The item isn't worth much.
Demand wise depends on you. Before (like 1-2 years ago), target dogs do fetch overpay but i'm not sure if they do now.

And I believe the target dog still has great demand and usually is offered overpay because I just traded mine off for 21 ‘09 rares worth. And from what I’ve seen their pet has not that great demand but it is a whole 2 tiers higher than the target dog. If like the trade it’s up to you to accept it or not ^^

Honestly depends on how your trading partner values their Joker vs your side. I personally believe the Marionette should be fair on its own for the Joker (I value them both at 1 Non, regardless if Joker's true date), and the Marionette is never re-released unlike the Joker. Others may agree or disagree, but it's ultimately up to your trading partner to decide if they're happy with this trade or not. ^^
