I'd do it as good demand fodder is hard to get, but then even considering individual demand it's still unfair to you by about a non or so. If I were you I'd get a couple more opinions

I value the set at around a speckled rat myslef as thats what i paid for the few sets i owned. The full set usually doesnt go for much much more, from speckled rat to green tox id say.
