Unfair to the Balloon Dog rarity and demand wise, I'd say.
The Red Rose is what is needed to bridge the gap between the Rat and Balloon Dog, and those pets don't equal a Red Rose.

Very unfair to the Patch September, the staff pets are not on the rares list, and I think they will never be.
