What would they need to add? Like how many rares? Or perhaps a mid list pet? Would a cream santa hat cover it?

They don't need to add. There are 5 store pets on there that individually are worth 20C$, totalling together at 100C$, plus the low rares list and all the other stuff, the grinner is only worth like 130-150 C$ at the most. So looking at that trade by it's C$ value because of the store pets, the other side could likely remove a few of the lower less valuable rares.
