What makes this dog really special for me (aside from the awesome uni horn) is the writing in the background. It makes her look very magic and enchanted! ^-^ Almost as if she belongs in a fairy tale...<3

I agree with all of this, but for some reason I feel like it's a guy. Maybe the expression? I don't know.

No ^___^; It's pure Unicorn(dog). The tail's based off the original style of unicorn(since I can't draw a horses tail to save my life OTL) and the front paws are just my poorly drawn hooves :'D

The story I thought up for this guy was he befriended a swarm of fairies, who were attracted to the fairy-like markings on his body. One day they decided to gift him with some of their magic, transforming him into a majestic unicorn(dog)[/center]

Unicorns are frequently seen as female... But, I do believe from Sata's post she intended for this dog to be male.

In response to this, pretty much the entire time I was designing this pet it was female to me. But then as I was adding it's first mane(the one you see here is actually my second attempt, since the first mane covered it's face and hid a lot of the details so I dropped it), my mom said "that hair makes him look a bit feminine".

After my mom's comment I couldn't stop seeing it as a he xD;; But it can really be whatever gender you guys want ^___^

I can see it as both genders. ^-^ At first I thought of him as a she, during his pup stage, but really looking at his eyes I think he's warming to be as a male. :3

In it's second stage, I thought of it as either gender.
When it first grew, I saw it as a boy, but now I see it as either gender, too. ^^
