That makes me wonder why doesn´t the person give the pet back, when they know that the pet will be token away from them?

Peaches made a mistake, and that's all there is to it. I'd love for her to have the pet just as much as you all, but it can't be helped. I've gotten a pet before on accident, but the other person rudely asked me over and over for it, and even threatened me, so I didn't give it back, and I don't feel bad at all.
