Flying dogs have demand and are worth 0.5 ma or 5 old rares. Not sure where the bunny is from and the phoenix is worth 1 old rare (2010-2011 imo) so it does seem unfair to you

im not sure what year the bunny is but seeing as its VR its not = to the flying dog the flying dog is worth 0.5MA last i checked.
