Ok... so i'm pretty sure ppl have alr guessed this like a billion times...
But i'm def guessing this as yours!

Reasons:
So far, toes are pink
Inspired by mythology
It sort of looks like it could be a sunrise dragon, therefore the sun song!
Favorite food is pull-apart licorice... well... i mean a dragon could definitely love pull apart licorice!!! why not?

I’m gonna throw my own guess out here and say this is Dianthe
Eyes, nose, and toes all match the description, it uses the whole palette, and the little sprout on their back would be a lineart edit… maybe when they’re grown we’ll get to see the full flower?

That is indeed Dianthe! My sweet spring flower, who'll grow even larger soon! She spends most of her day in her nice warm field, running around with the bees and the butterflies. Her life may be a bit simple, but she enjoys the small things in life even more! Her best friend is the family of doves that lives in the trees around her field, who visit her everyday.

I'll be happy to answer any lore questions you guys have! I do have one more challenge for you guys though: what kind of flower/plant is she?
