Something to consider is that in the Easter Hunt (which was very similar to this event) there was a limited number of times you could get prizes. After you'd found the banner a certain number of times (don't know how many exactly - it was a lot, but many people hit the limit), it would just permanently display a banner saying you'd found too many prizes and couldn't get any more. The Halloween event might last a week or more, but if it does have a prize limit, people are going to stop being able to get candy before the event ends. I don't know if it will follow the same pattern or not, but to be on the safe side, I wouldn't assume that there's an unending supply of candy for the whole event. As people start hitting the limit (if there is one), the Halloween pets' values might rise again toward the end of the event as people start trying to get ones that they missed because they thought they could get them later. That's what happened with the Egg Hunt bunnies, anyway. ;)

Nick did say that there was a limit, on the Halloween FAQ in CS chat.
If you trade candy, it doesn't count towards the total.
And the event will last until the 31st.
So I think it's safe to assume that people who are actively hunting for candy will eventually hit the limit.

Yes. There´s a limit, and its good there is one too. Otherwise I can just see some people not sleeping much or not do their homework to hunt for candy instead.

I just got a trade... And I don´t know if I should accept or not.

My side: Uncommon purple advent with dogtag, collar and bracelet.

Their side: The prize newborn from this hunt, the little ghost item (which I never got) and a free item.
