For some reason, I completely forgot that offsite trading was a thing. I've steadily been earning FR currency and not using it (I'm going through a period where I don't have much motivation or desire to get genes and such), so it's just been collecting and doing nothing but gathering dust. Now that I'm trading it for my hoard pets, I'm well over half way with my Easter hoards, woop!

My Mother Nature hoard is coming along nicely; over halfway is pretty good since it was stuck at just a few of each of the pets for the longest time ^^

whew!
managed to get enough tokens to complete a checkerboard hoard of these lovely lil buns!!
traded in the last one just before rollover, had a bit of a mad rush so that there wasn't one odd adoption date :'D
now to collect ten of the little bee bunnies for my bee-themed pets hoard c:
hopefully it won't be too hard to get them ;v;

I hoard the store pet tiger from a couple months ago, which is a very rare hoard.
I currently only have 18 right now, and it's been a little hard to find these guys.
I bought some of the packs of them, so I got to trade off my extras for the ones I needed.

If you mean a non-list rare+ hoard, my first one were the Storgis from 2013, and I went originally for 13 (3 were traded). They were very easy to get, that time ago.

My first list-hoard is the Peppermint Eared, and tbh, it's pretty difficult because the people like to invent demand when there's none.

Rare hoards just take time. Advertising helps a ton. So long as you have something fair to trade for it, you'll be able to get it in time.

I have quite a few rare+ hoards.. if you are hoarding an event pet that may turn rare, it's fairly easy to obtain them during the event.. rare hoards are hard work though and if you are hoarding and older one, sometimes you can spend hours searching to find one for trade, depending on the pet.. the main thing is don't hoard it just cause it's rare, or you will burn out and not want to hoard it anymore most likely!

my fav is this one - currently at 13, they can be hard to find except around Dec 18th.. originally started because I wanted to hoard blue toxics (which eventually I did! but I gave them up to focus on completing my collection)


I have a couple list hoards (purple tess horses and roadkill & zombie ponies)

and these lovely lions.. one of my fav pets on site (currently at 27)


my largest rare hoard is my cows.. which also has some non-rares in it since the last cow lineart release (1200+ of the 16XX are rares.. which I am super proud of.. it took a LOT of trading to get there!)


and last but not least to showcase, my very first rare hoard! I was super excited to hit 20 of these when I first started


I also have 12 store pet hoards + some others I am too lazy to post (08 camo dogs, 09 cattle dogs, various event pets)

I was so proud of myself for emptying out my hoards folder and sorting them.. yet now I am back to over 3000 in it again -sigh- I hate sorting!! but my goal is to sort out all my species hoards tonight and tackle the rest another day

I have no idea why I have so many rare hoards omg...it took me about 5 months after starting to get enough rares to start my hoards- and most of the pets in the hamster cockroach hoard came from a very kind gifter <3
