Straptoothed whale I think, but again, I'm not sure. There are several beaked whales with tusks but the straptoothed whale has the longest, the other ones have really short tusks. But as far as I know, straptoothed whales don't have a white spot on their dorsal fin so I don't know if it actually is one.
There have been specimens sighted
with a white streak on their dorsal fin, actually. They are very varied, some have spots along their bodies while others have a more streaked/striped black patch(as seen in that same specimen), some are pale grey and others show more tan colors... etc. I wanted to portray a bit of everything,
Namu's scientific illustrations are always a huge help for such obscure and elusive cetaceans, too. I recommend checking his works to see more nuances in these beautiful animals' colorations.
But yeah, you got all the species right! I'm very passionate about cetaceans and totally used this opportunity to showcase my favorites. ^^
