I personally would take the first one c:
There is no way for sure that they are not trying to trick you by saying it’s not a non, so it would be incredibly risky
The demand for the punk dogs is at a stable, rather high level, and i predict it will only rise as there are no rereleases for store pets c:

For the second one, even if the pup grows to a moonswirl it’s unfair to you. A moonswirl is worth 4 nons and on your side are 5 nons (dogtag=3 + coontail=2), plus you don’t have prove that their pup is. Moonswirl

as for the second trade, don't listen. it could turn out to be either a non or a moonswirl. most likely someone trying to scam.
