Hmm? I wasn't talking about a translator, just a converter. You type in the romaji and it converts it into hiragana for you.
Such as "are ha neko desune?" turns into "あれは ねこですね?" if you cannot type hiragana on your computer. But, it's certainly much more convenient to install or enable Japanese on your computer.

『やりますね』means usually 'I'll do it' or something similar ... but in this case it means 'that's epic' or the like ... you could suppose that Japanese is pretty much the opposite of English in both speaking and writing X3 ...
