if you come here, expect lots of bushland and no flat horizons since theres mountains surrounding the place. like its so weird for me going to other places and seeing flat horizons. and this place is really boring without the ocean too (i love the ocean). i gotta say, im jealous of everyone who lives near the coast since for me its like a 3 or so hour drive, which includes going over the mountain range.

and theres not too much to do here either, although im kinda biased since ive lived here my whole life. nothing really happens too often (with the exception of this year since its canberras centenary celebration so theres actually going to be stuff happening thoughout the year).

but I live really far away from the really good beachs. but 20-30mins from so other beach in port melbourne

I have to agree with you there with the floods being stupid. Once one is gone the rain comes back and causes more :c
But I am lucky since my part of Queensland never gets flooded (but it is pouring down rain here and the lake in my estate will probably have minor flooding.)

Just today downstairs flooded for the second time in two weeks. At least my room remained untouched this time. Would help if I had a door, but at least we don't have to rip up any more carpet. Love you too weather.
