Where I lives, it floods. It's actually rather annoying DX
It actually flooded just the end of last month.
We are still cleaning up all the silt.

It flooded here in 2010 too, but not as bad as this time.

The only reason it flooded where I live was because the people who control the Dam decided that the best time to release the water in the dam was when the creeks were filling up already and raining.
A lot of residents of where I live were not happy. At all.

This was actually the fault of my local council, and the guy who runs the company that runs the dams.
