I know c; all I saw were the jets, because there are trees blocking my view of the fireworks. I heard they were beautiful though and I could hear them.
I think it was in Brisbane? I'm in Victoria so I wouldn't of been able to see it. Lucky you could at least hear them though and see the jets. :3

most aussies have never seen a big deadly spider, actually! it's really just a stupid thing that people say. we do get 3 - 4 inch spiders every now and then, but no, it is very rare to get bitten by a spider in australia.

Hey fellow Aussies! Dear non-Australians, some of us like anime. Some of us are wondering what on earth the PM is doing and when he will legalise same gender marriage. Some of us are idiots who antagonize wildlife then complain about an unprovoked animal attack. Stereotype us wisely. XD

vegemite
it tastes amazing
americans eat it like nutella (which i also recommend (: ),
but just a light smear on some saladas with butter tastes
great! lots of aussie kids eat the large flavored rice crackers,
shapes, smiths and sakatas. LCM's bars and muesli bars are
also very popular with the kids!
