I was born in Korea but raised in New Zealand, so I've never been great at any language. Can anyone else relate? Argh, the struggles. I still have trouble with writing in Korean, even though I can speak it fluently.

I was born in Korea and living in Korea for my whole life.
So I'm not good at English X(
I'm planning to go to New Zealand for Working Holiday on end of this month.
Maybe this can be related.

    I honestly, think your English is good!
    Do you like living in Korea, or are you wanting to move somewhere else?

Everyone learning a foreign language has to start from somewhere. The good thing is that the more time you spend practicing and studying, the better you'll become. I can understand you just fine, so your English is actually great! 힘내요!

Oh, thank you so much you guys.
I'm moved T-T

@제이비
Actually, Korea is a small country but population is high.
And almost half of Koreans population live in Seoul and vicinity of Seoul.
That's why Seoul is so crowded. X(
I don't live in Seoul and don't want to live there because I love to be relaxed.
Not only for the population, Koreans economy is dead.
Low minimum wage, high unemployment rate of young men, high prices, etc.
We call Korea 'Hell Choseon(old name of Korea)' as joke.
I still love this country but I think it's not a bad idea to immigrate to other country.
Sorry for the depressing story but this is the fact. <:)

It's really fun knowing that many Koreans are living all across different continents.

@Lucir
Your English is actually amazing, also taking into consideration of the fact that you've lived in Korea your whole life! You will absolutely love it in New Zealand. I lived in New Zealand for ten years and they were the best years of my life. Whereabouts in New Zealand are you planning on visiting?

I'm planning to go to Queenstown for 6 weeks because of the English college.
I'm not sure after that. It depends on what job I'm going to get.
When I write, I can get help from dictionary and can be easily edited. I'm keep reading again if I'm writing it right.
But when I speak, I have to express my thoughts straight away. I have difficulty of that.
It's obvious that when I go to New Zealand, all I will be able to do is saying Yes or No. What a tragicomic!
