Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I have been on this site for 1 year and 2months. I wish i have been on longer though. I should be able to adopt one because I know all of the rules on CS and I love explaining things and helping other people out! It's pretty fun
Why do you want to?: I would love to do this because I think I will find it quite fun helping out a newbie when they need help and I can gift them also a few new pets. ^^

What is the Oekaki? *scratches head*

The Oekaki is where you can draw pictures! When you first open it up there will be different ares for posting, like the forum. I suggest using beginner until you get used to drawing on here. You'll need java in able for the Oekaki to work. After you finished your drawing you can post it and then it'll show up in your gallery with all your other drawings!

As far as trading goes, I suggest you get your trades checked on Is this a fair Trade? Thread just because some pets are worth more than others. The Understanding Rarities Guide should be helpful too, so you get the idea of why older pets are worth more.

The adopters list is fairly long, and goes from top to bottom. You most recently joined and are at the bottom of the list, so you'll have to wait until the members above you get newbies because some have joined from page one & still haven't received newbies. The process all depends on how many newbies we get and how quickly we can hand them out.
And no, BlueSquirrel has already been given an adopter. Please don't jump ahead of the line and adopt a newbie without being given one by a AAN staff member for it creates confusion and is unfair to other members.
