Adopt a Newbie - Moving to new thread

I've waited at least a week for my newbie to reply back to me, and they haven't yet. May I please be put back onto the list?

They might have missed your post. I would PM one of the thread mods to just let them know that you never got a reply back from your newbie.

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: Well, I am often on CS with nothing to do. So I think having a newbie to adopt would be quite fun and interesting. c:
How often do you get on CS?: I try for every day, but vacations and such do get in the way.
Which categories would you like to apply for?: Roleplaying or Rarities... c:
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: At least an hour, if it's not a rushed visit.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Why, of course!!

Has this been updated for a while? I applied over half a year ago, when I was underage and have been looking back here for updates for ages... where did the mods go?

Many of the AAN staff are busy as of right now, and we are currently working some things out before updating the lists of adopters and newbies.

Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: I find myself to be a helpful person, and I have helped newbies before. I think it would be great to help people with CS the way I was helped as a newbie.

We are currently working out the fine details of the update now and things should be more or less worked out very soon. The main purpose of this update is to make everything less confusing and work a lot smoother for everyone, so it should be something to look forward to! If you do have any questions/concerns about it feel free to PM me or Panne (posting here works too). We'll be sure to update as soon as everything is worked out, most of the hard work is already done right now thanks to Panne. We may also be introducing a couple new thread mods soon though that may or may not come after the update.

Sorry for the general inactivity on my part, I'm hoping with this update we'll be able to work out a system where the other thread mods can take care of and update the list when I can't. Thank you everyone for your patience.
