You have to be a member of chickensmoothie for a full six months to be able to "adopt" a newbie. I'm not sure how strict Noleah is on that rule but I do believe they have to wait until September.

I think there has been some confusion on how the list is set up, I was asked before about this, we maybe have to change it.
I believe what is being misunderstood is that everyone below the line where it says 'eligible in September' are ALL not eligible until September, when in reality its only the person on that one line where it says that. Perhaps we should have a extra separate list at the bottom for people not eligible yet? And just have the person's name which is above them so we know where you are on the list.

But as for strictness, I'd prefer to just go with exactly 6 months, just so people don't start arguing; 'well they joined at the end of the month and got to adopt a newbie 23 days before they were 6 months.' If the list was't so long I wouldn't bother, but with so many people its better to stick with the rules so people don't start getting angry.

Well I love Cs and helping other peop has become a little habit for it. It makes me happy to help!

That's a good idea to have a separate list, but my only concern is the person who's eligible in September, or any month for that matter, will be put out of place on the list? Say, if we get down to OrangeLake on the list and it's September, Raven isn't on the main list but on the other one and is skipped? We could probably put "is" on it so it'd be the adopter's username - is eligable in said month.
