Adopt a Newbie - Moving to new thread

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I was a newbie recently with no help. but I have used the computer since age 2 so I knew how games liked this worked. I figured it out and I already have a good start to becoming a great player. also I know how to cheer someone up easily. ^-^
How often do you get on CS?: Around every 2 hours
Which categories would you like to apply for?: General knowledge, trading, rarities
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: About half an hour.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Yes I do!

Not sure if I should have just PM'd a moderator or not, but after what time is it assumed that a newbie will not be coming back onto the site? I was assigned a Newbie on Feb 3rd, it has been 2 weeks and my message is still in my outbox, they have not logged on since. Is it okay to re-quote my form or should I wait a little bit longer?

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I was in the program when I was a newbie myself, and my adopter really helped me out. From giving me a bunch of pets to helping me with the forums and oekaki, I felt like he/she gave me a good understanding of CS. I want to be able to do the same for someone and help them feel more comfortable with CS. In RL, I enjoy helping others so I think it'd be great to help online as well!
How often do you get on CS?: Almost everyday. On average I would say 5 days a week.
Which categories would you like to apply for?: General Knowledge
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: It depends. If I manage to sneak on at school, only ten minutes. But usually it's anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours at a time. I often come on for an hour, leave, than come back on later in the day.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Of course!

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: Because I feel it would be a good way to help new users on this website, at first it was a bit confusing but now I understand the site

How often do you get on CS?: usaly from 6:00 to 8:00 or later (central tim zone)

Basic knowledge of everything on CS. Covers basic knowledge of the below categories. Almost everyone should be able to apply for this category. You do not need to be able to apply for all of the below categories, just have basic knowledge of them.

Trading and Pets
Should only be applied to by people who have basic knowledge to trading. How to set up a trade, add items and pets, how to find pets that are for trade, how to set up trade rules, how to organize pets, how to set trade visibility settings on pet groups, and how to find pets in the archives. You don't have to be a super-active trader, just know how trading works.

I also passed a while ago- on February the 11th. I need to adopt a newbie before a certain time as I will be less active in spring:(
