I was wondering when. Could actually help an newbie

You just signed up yesterday, when your added to the list you'll be put on the bottom. Newbies are assigned people at the top of the list because they have been waiting the longest. Sometimes you'll end up waiting a couple months before getting your newbie because we get a lot more adopters then we do newbies.

Yes. Not with the organization, but in the Introduction board. You can welcome newbies and answer questions while waiting for your own newbie, as well as answering any newbie questions that pop up in here.

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I love helping new members and I try to help them every chance I get! It's a great way to get to know someone and to make a new friend, and also a way for them to make a new friend.
How often do you get on CS?: Every day
Which categories would you like to apply for?: General Knowledge, Forums, General Trading
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: At least 5 hours a day, depending on my workload.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Yes, of course I do!

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: Well, this would be my 5th time adopting a newbie, and it has always been fun, I enjoy helping people and i'm ready to adopt another newbie :3

I have passed all 3 rare's list tests and I have passed the rarities test, just to let you know and I was told I don't need to take them again ^^

They will contact you as soon as they receive their notification about your adoption, and will hopefully be able to help you out with all your questions. 

If they don't contact  you in a timely manner [that is, a week] or there are other problems you have with them [you don't understand their explanations, they're being rude, anything like that], you can tell us, and if you want, we'll assign you a new adopter. Simply shoot any of the staff a PM or post here, we'll help you as fast as we can ;3

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?:
Well I introduced my cousin to the site, and I felt that I helped her out to become as knowledgeable as she is in a short period of time, and helped her with lots of hints and tricks and useful knowledge here and there ^^
How often do you get on CS?:
7 days a week. (Sun, Tue, Wed, Thur around 12 hours a day.) (Sat around 6 hours.) (Mon, Fri around 3 hours.) Due to working ^^
Which categories would you like to apply for?:
General Helpers, Forums, BBCode, Oekaki, Trading and Pets.
Because this is going to be for newbies, I also want to apply for the Rarities category, but I am not very advanced. Could I still be tested on this, and if I fail it then still be added for the others? ^^

Always! Even with difficult people, I still keep a calm, polite and understanding manner.
