Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: Because I have knowlage of CS, i`ve been here for a few years, and I`m willing to help out!
How often do you get on CS? Daily, from like 8:30 - 5:30 EST (sometimes longer)
Which categories would you like to apply for?: General knowlage, Trading & Pets, Forums and BB code.
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: Posted above ^^ so like 7 hours, on an off for periods at a time.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Yes. I am 157% sure. (any Legen of Korra fan will know the ref)

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?
I think I should be able to adopt a newbie because I have made many mistakes,
MANY, and I just want to help newbies so they don't have to go though all the
things I have. I think I should be able to adopt a newbie because I have some
pretty good knowledge of ChickenSmoothie and I think I could really help a
newbie out!
How often do you get on CS?
Almost everyday, almost, at least four or five time a week. But I am usually on
everyday or so.
Which categories would you like to apply for?

General Knowledge
Basic knowledge of everything on CS. Covers basic knowledge of the below categories.
Almost everyone should be able to apply for this category. You do not need to be
able to apply for all of the below categories, just have basic knowledge of them.

Forums
[Requirement: At least 500 posts in the forums
Should only be applied to by people who often use the forums, understand how
to use them, use things like bookmarking, search function, and where to look for
specific things within the forums. This does not include the Oekaki.

Trading and Pets
Should only be applied to by people who have basic knowledge to trading. How to
set up a trade, add items and pets, how to find pets that are for trade, how to set
up trade rules, how to organize pets, how to set trade visibility settings on pet
groups, and how to find pets in the archives. You don't have to be a super-active
trader, just know how trading works.

Rarities
Requirement: Pass the rarities test that will be sent to you through PM
Should only be applied to by people who know how to explain how different things
effect how much a pet is worth, be able to tell if a trade is fair, and know what
would be fair for certain pets. You should also know how to trade up. If you fail
the test nothing bad happens, you just won't be put into that category, so it doesn't
hurt to try.

How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?
Maybe 30 minutes to check my Rps, trades, messages and stuff to an hour or more
to make an auction maybe, talk with my friends.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?
Of course! We were all newbies one day right?

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I have been here for a year and a bit now and I know how it felt when I first got on. Everything was confusing and I had no idea what to do. I didn't know there was a thread like this at the time so I tried to get along myself. I have made many mistakes that I regret on here and I would like to help other people not make those mistakes. I'm really nice and easy to take to and I love helping people. If I could stop 1 person from trading a very rare for an unknown rarity pet(something I did when I was a newbie) then I would be thrilled.
How often do you get on CS?: I am on CS as often as I can be. Normally I am on everyday unless I don't have access to wifi or my laptop(which is rare) I am usually on CS everyday for 4 hours spread out through out the day.
Which categories would you like to apply for?: Rares List, Rarities, Trading and Pets, Forums, General Knowledge, Languages (French)

How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: Each time I get on I will spend an hour to two hours and I get on about 4-5 times a day.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Yes I have made so many nice friends here on CS and I wish to continue the line by being nice and helpful to my newbie so he/she can get the full experience and have a great time on CS

You have to fill out a form found on the first page. Once you've done that, sooner or later you'll be assigned to adopters who are on the lists that you need help with. Until you have officially been adopted, I'd be happy to help you wherever I can. Just send me a PM, and I'll see what I can do.

Like I said to the person above, there is a form on the front page for you to fill out. After that, you'll eventually be added to whatever lists you have signed up for, and after a while will be assigned to a newbie. (btw, I LOVE your avatar)
