You can apply when applications for new General Helpers open (applications open when Tess needs some new GHs). ^^ Currently you can't apply (you haven't been on Chickensmoothie for 8 months and don't have at least 300 posts yet).

*does anyway* Is it possible to save/keep a different colour background after you have picked one, and if yes, how? I can change the colour, but I cannot figure out how to save it.

I believe it should automatically save the colour. ^^
And the colour background only shows up when you post the pet's code in the forums (nobody can see different coloured backgrounds on a pet's page.

I've already gotten several trade requests, including four rares for it. I'm cautious because I know noobs get taken advantage of a lot, and I want to know how to know my pet's value without the rarity scale

It's because it's a re-released pet from Christmas 2008, it's a very rare - so remember to get multiple opinions on a trade, if you do choose to trade it! You can post in Is this a fair trade?-thread for help, the topic also has link to a chat and list of users, who are experienced traders and have volunteered to help by PM as well. c:

Maybe you should remove Claudie from here because she has quit ono I know, *sniffles* she was so kind but it's best to because otherwise people might wait AGES for help from her and never get any.
