Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS?: Yes; I have adopted multiple newbies in past AAN threads as well as occasionally helping in the CS Help, Suggestions, and Problems board.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I've been a member of CS since July 2010 and I know my way around very well at this point. I'm very friendly and love having the opportunity to help others.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I get on CS daily, usually multiple times a day for at least 10 minutes or so each time. I always get notifications for PMs.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: Yes I did.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Absolutely!

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: I previously adopted a newbie in June 2020, and helped them through PMs get a better understanding of forums, how to trade with people and general questions (mainly about the store) as well as just generally providing a friend to talk to.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I've been on this site since 2018 and have a good understanding of how to navigate the site and general cs knowledge. I remember after I first joined I took almost a whole years break before coming back full time (2018-2019), and in that time I'd forgotten everything about how to function here. That was when input from other users became something really helpful, and it made a previously awkward experience so much more enjoyable. I hope to be able to provide a similarly enjoyable experience for newbies, as well as just provide friendship for them c:
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I'm online at least once daily, though how long for depends on whether I have messages & roleplay responses to reply to or if new art has been posted by oekaki artists I follow - typically I'm online at least a couple hours a day, but I check back at regular intervals.

You don't actually need Chicken Dollars (C$) to play CS! CS is completely free to play, and you don't need C$ to trade pets or items with other users.

You can buy C$ with real life currency, or trade other users for it! If you're an artist, you can make art and sell characters for C$ in the Oekaki forums :)
