Why can't I read the "Newbies Click Here!", "CS Adoption Rules", or "Rares and how to get one" forum and possibly others. It says "You are not authorised to read this forum." A glitch?

The "Newbies Click Here!" topic is readable now (it's in the right forum), but it looks like the mods moved "Rares and how to get one" out of view/into their own board for some reason. ^^
