How do you make pets to adopt. is it only for the moderators or can i do it too?

Here in CS you can't make pets to adopt, only the Artists, and sometimes some of the Mods can make pets. Hope that helps!

Yeah, like Sapphy~ said, you can't create/color pets. Only the Admins, Artists, and sometimes Moderators can do that. I hope you'll have fun adopting their beautiful pets, though!
