New item dressup organization

We've added so many items over the past year or so that the old item categories just weren't working any more. We had some categories with hundreds of quite different items in them.

Well, we've now got a shiny new item category system on the "edit your pet" page . This has more categories so that we can separate out the items in a way that's easier to navigate. We'll be tuning the placement of items a little bit over the next couple of days as we settle in to the new system.

By the way - to save in loading time, there is a limited number of items displayed per page (with the newer items displaying first)

If you have a lot of items in one category, you'll notice a little 'Pages 1, 2, 3...' display above the items which you can use to navigate to older items
