New Oekaki feature: Let certain people color in your picture

If you make a drawing in a non-editable forum (like Adoptable Pets), it is now possible to give certain people permission to create their own colored versions of the drawing. A box appears under the drawing where you can type in usernames to give permission for :).

Feel free to send me trades asking for pets/items, a separate trade for pets and items, and one trade per person. For pets you can ask for five and only one rare in those five and for items you can ask for five as well.
