(Revised) Green Layout!

Totoro has finally rejoined us on a fresh green layout

the default green layout is now a duller green than the original CS green, hopefully this one is easier on the eyes

remember you can change your forum layout back to the brighter green theme, snow theme, halloween theme, or mobile layout in your Board Preferences (found in 'My Account')

I had my skin set back to normal right after the Christmas event and was quite surprised by this when I changed pages. XD I love it<3 It hurts my eyes less. ^^
