Just click the "Follow Artist" button on a user profile or oekaki post to subscribe.
Once you're following some artists, you can browse their latest posts in your following feed by clicking the small Oekaki link next to your Messages and Trades in the menu bar.
When there are new posts, you'll be notified by a count in the menu bar, the same way you see new trades and messages.
You can follow/unfollow artists on their user profile. To add or remove a lot of artists at once, visit your Follow List by clicking the edit link on your Oekaki Feed
Now it's time to go and Follow all your friends and fav artists so you'll never miss a post again! Catch new oekaki adoptables the minute they're released!
We're also releasing a new version of ChickenPaint for you to try out, v2! This is a bit experimental, but please try it out and let us know if it works for you (be sure to save often). This version adds a bunch of features for the Layers palette:
- Layers now have thumbnails
- "Lock transparency" is now a per-layer setting and it's saved with the drawing
- Group your layers together with layer groups
- Clip a layer onto the layer below, so it is only visible where there is something underneath (great for adding a decoration layer on top of a base fill)
- Add a mask to a layer to allow you to paint in transparency
