New ability to block PMs from people who aren't friends

Hey everyone,

Previously, you could only decide to block private messages from people who were on your foes list. Now I've added an option that allows you to receive PMs only from people on your friends list (and staff), so regular people you don't know can't PM you. You can find the setting on your Friends & Foes page in your My Account section, it looks like this:



Just like it was before, the default setting for new accounts is "allow everybody except foes to send you private messages"
